Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@mongmongspace.com with your order number and clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 30 days (Asia Zone) or 60 days (all other zones), please contact us at contact@mongmongspace.com and we will follow up with the appropriate next steps.

Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of international shipping, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. In the event of delivery failure due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to take responsibility for any resulting issues.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once a shipping label has been created, cancellation is no longer possible.
