💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal. Additional payment methods may be added in the future
📅 How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–21 days depending on your destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal conditions.
🔁 What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at contact@mongmong.space with a photo of the item and your order number. We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind or for items damaged after delivery.
Please note that import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
